Philosophy Club at Scarcroft School (Mondays 3.15 - 4.15)

This Club will provide the opportunity for children to engage in philosophical discussions about things that matters to them; inviting them to listen to and learn from each other as well as developing their own thoughts. It will help the children to recognise and respond to the big questions that are all around us in school and society; providing a way to work with them that helps make meaning.

Children must be years 4-6. There are limited places and please book to secure your child’s place.

Whilst in the past this club has been free, going forwards there will be a charge (£5/session - £55 for the term). However it is important that any child has access to these sessions, therefore if this is not affordable, there are alternative rates of £3 or ‘gift’, for anyone for who would find the cost prohibitive.
